Where do you access those pics? On the App or website?

On the website. Click on "Current Phase". Scroll down to "3. Your Vehicle has been produced". Scroll down further to "Body Shop". This will show a downloadable shot of the painted body shell. Click on the right arrow until you see the "Assembly" page. This will have a downloadable shot of your vehicle going through the assembly process.

I think this is a case by case situation, where most of us just get a single selected shot (mine is the front 3/4 view with frunk open and no wheels).
