My SA just responded unsure if they are stuck on with double sided tape but said if required by federal law then there isn’t much they can do to stop them.

Even though mine has been in Port in Baltimore for over 2 weeks, my date doesn't seem to be changing and still says 8/27 and my car hasn't left Port yet apparently.
