Default 991.1 c4s won’t start

Hi all

So I went to start the car after parking up after a 10min journey and it started then cut out.

I thought it might have been the start stop so went to start again and got an engine warning light.

After plugging in my Carly I got the attached faults, 15 in total! I’m assuming camshaft sensor?

Codes are

p0010
p0020
p1151
p1043
p0076
p0077
p0082
p0083
p1046
p1653
p1656
p0660
p2295
p0687

Thanks

Too many codes at once, there's no way you got all these problems all of a sudden.
What's the condition of the battery? How does the car crank? Do you have a solid crank,no different noise?
Save the codes and then clear them. Perhaps charge the battery if it needs charging and try again.
BTW,love the " smart mechanic-react immediately " feature. I'm sure they would do a very thorough diagnostic over the internet...

PS : Just to be on the safe side, somehow make sure that the car has oil in it : I know it's impossible to check, even electronically it won't show whether you have oil until fully warmed up,but by " making sure it has oil " ,I mean looking underneath the car for a massive oil leak...

I’m wondering if this is vacuum related hence all of the fault codes

Battery would have been my first guess

How many things related to start up and idle are linked to a COV?

He has a lot of " circuit " codes. Those are related exactly to what it's described : the control circuit...that means they're electrical related to the computer control of that circuit.

I have heard of little critters causing damage to wires - may be a long shot but thought I would throw it out there since there are so many electrical faults.

Yep. He has so many unrelated electrical faults that completely do not make sense...at least in my mind. Like you said,it's almost as if a rat chewed his wires or for some crazy reason, one of the DME connectors has come loose...

The thing is I had been driving it before, I stopped in a car park, then jumped back in after 5mins and then it just cut out.

then normal normal crank but no start and then these codes, if it was a rat etc I doubt it’s happened on a hot engine bearing in mind it’s been 30c outside, having searched like mad random faults that all have something to do with vacuum seems to be the reoccurring fault

What does the intake camshaft actuator circuit bank 1...and 2 for that matter...have to do with vacuum? That's a circuit code flagged by the DME as if there's a problem with controlling that circuit. And I'm pretty sure the intake camshaft actuators are not vacuum controlled either : they're most likely controlled using a magnet which pulls a rod allowing oil pressure to come in and advance timing.

I would say that most things work util they dont so fully understand that it was working and 5 mins later it stopped.

How many miles on your car?
Plugs, ignition coils etc not in need of replacement?

Clear all codes yet?

hmm that’s true, but will find out early next week as she’s been recovered to Porsche as I’m stumped.

Yes, it’s the nature of mechanics I guess!

47k, new coils and plugs a few months ago

Let's take a step back and look for a root cause vs side effects.
Alternator?

OP stated battery just replaced. Bad alternator does not charge correctly, both old and new. Also, would cause car to shut off and cause a plethora of electronic gremlins seeking power. Maybe.
