CO/NM Service Choice
I am still months away from the first scheduled service on my 2017 C2 (and keep lighting candles to prevent any warranty needs). But I am thinking ahead about a preferred dealer for service.
I now live no where near the dealer who sold me the car new. And not that near any dealer. I can choose to drive to Denver (Prestige and Stevinson, 6 hours), Colorado Springs (Porsche of CS, 5.5 hours), or Albuquerque (Porsche of A, 3.5 hours). For almost any service I expect to make an overnight trip. So any comments on these service departments (and other dealer aspects)? Consistency or policy on loaner cars? Timeliness in completing normal service? While Albuquerque is closest, we have friends in Denver and the Springs. And if I need warranty work that requires towing, anybody have experience with a long distance tow to any of these dealers? |
Colorado Springs is a really top notch dealership (I saw 6 911R's on my last visit there) and the head of service department, Dave Petiiti, has tons of experience.

Used Stevenson and Prestige and mild preference for Prestige. Prestige gave me a P-car loaner and Stevenson uses Enterprise. Prestige is also a bit cheaper. Regardless, not really wild about either shop.

I second Colorado Springs. they will pick up and return your car with a flat bed. Probably a couple of hundred dollars.

Thanks for the info. Anyone else? (especially with experience in Albuquerque)

You should reach out to @skywaterbanjo, I think I remember him having an opinion on the NM dealer...
I have used Stevinson and P of Colo Springs. I prefer the springs, my SA is Marcus Fast. |
