Bents- I see where you're coming from. I can understand the frustration of coming to a dealer multiple times for the same issue. Ultimately this comes down to the technician who receives the repair order and how skilled this particular technician is at diagnostics. I can't speak for anyone else but I can assure I don't let cars leave unless I can confirm the concern is remedied. This isn't always possible especially with intermittent issues but I do my best. I take pride in my work where others might be jaded and only be in it for the money.

I would like to see an on going series on common squeaks and rattles and there repair.
911.1 door rattles, dash "bird chirp" squeak behind the gauges......... etc.
