Anyone install an Akrapovic exhaust on their 991.2 yet?

I love my Akrapovic exhaust on my Ducati Panigale... The sounds is makes, super sexy. When my GTS comes in I'll seriously consider this.
Only thing, is there going to be a future option for black tips?

LOL I would always think, "Crap, I should have gotten the Eisenmann!"

Hopefully someone finds a way to bring that sound/feeling to the 991.2 platform. Despite the e9x M3 having no torque and being fat/bloated, I drove a friend's car with an Akra Evo yesterday after being in the .2 for a few months ... it re-confirmed that sound really is an overwhelmingly important part of the driving experience.

Akrapovic has no plans of offering Carbon tips for the 991.2.
That's not to say that yours can't be custom fabricated to house some

Have an Akrapovic on my 991.1 and so far it has been the best update to the car. One of them at least. It really makes the car. Not sure about the 991.2 but they make a great system.

What about Black Ti tips? I have a GTS and I love the Black metal tips, it goes with my colour scheme, and it looks better than the Chrome tips of the C and CS with PSE. If you go with the normal Akra Ti, at a distance it may look like the Chrome of C or CS. Would it be possible to get the Ti akra tips coated black?

I thought about getting the Akra on my T after delivery but since it comes with the sport exhaust as standard, the Akra will not likely make all that much difference. I've had several Akras on my bikes and they make a huge difference however.

Im gonna find out in a few weeks There will be a video of stock T vs titanium Akra with stock catalytic converters. The latter will also have high flow air filter as well so wont be fully apples to apples.

I'm sure that a third party would be able to powdercoat the Titanium tips to black. Now how long it will last on there would be a great question for the person doing the work. I'd be intrigued in knowing the answer to this if someone does find out that information from a local guy.
There is a sound difference that is very noticeable between the Porsche Sport Exhaust and the Akra. Just a little added bonus on top of the extra hp, torque, and weight savings

Just an fyi for those that want the akra but want to change the tips to black. The titanium makes it hard for cerakote to stick, and it wasnt possible despite multiple blasting attempts. Ended up doing matte black powder coat which tends to stand up best to high heat. Also asked to leave the inner part the original color. Came out pretty nice. Hopefully it holds up.

As you can see in the pic above, the outlet diameter is also much bigger in the akra tips, thus stock tips wont work with the akra muffler.
