I use it on my Satin Black GTS wheels without issue. It maintains the satin finish and repels brake dust.

Simple green, separate bucket, soft sponges and dexterity finished with Stoner's more shine in less time. And I'll treat them regularly (CQuartz or similar).

Just ran out of P-21, and the local detail shop recommended "Poorboy's World" spray and rinse Wheel Cleaner. Used it last weekend, spray and rinse! Always needed to brush them before.

+1 for Sonax, pressure washer, and separate wash system for wheels (I have entirely separate bucket, brushes, microfiber -- NEVER mix wheel and paint wash supplies, since brake dust will scratch your clearcoat). Once a year, I go full wheels off and wash / clay bar.

Car wash soap and water, microfiber mitt, and a daytona wheel brush to get at the barrels. I don't use tire dressing as I don't want those chemicals near my brakes. Plus I've read its potentially harmful to the sidewall compounds.

I imagine we all would have heard of any potential harm tire dressing can cause by now wouldnt we? Ive been using different stuff for 41 years.....no problems. Tire manufacturers would warn us.

LOL, hi-po tires wear out so fast at my house I bet I could dress the sidewalls with carbolic acid and they'd still last longer than the treads.

THATS detail! Love it. We have snow so I do a good detail at changeover time.

Wash with Turtle Wax Car Wash/Wax with Wheel Wooliess set of brushes to get into the barrel. The new Gloss Black wheel coating is very slippery and makes cleaning the blades a breeeze compared to my Boxster Wheels.
I put nothing on the tires, wheels and rotors.
Waste of time and money as these treatments wear off and my cars are drivers, not display.-Richard

I coated my wheels with Optimum Gloss Coat. I keep a mix of car my wash shampoo and water in a spray bottle and use a wheel woolie to clean my wheels. Never a need for any type of wheel cleaner and very low dust adhesion.
