When I lower or raise the convertible top the passenger side window does not close automatically any more. The Driver side window is OK.

I had this happening to me. I think it was just gummed up or something. I raised and lowered the windows using the switches about 10x and it worked itself out.

Will it go up and down if requested, just not as part of the top action?

could also be the sign of a battery needing to be replaced. Happened on mine. New battery fixed this.

Good to know. I think mine is due for a new battery as well. Voltage in the mid 11's at startup. Runs at about 14.5-14.7 during driving.
