Somewhat off topic but the phone stats that matter are ones related to the Porsche target market demographic, not the general market. I don't have any income related market data but my knee jerk reaction would be that the Porsche demographic has a higher iPhone ownership share. One thing I would bet on is that Porsche didn't make the Car Play investment without significant research.
I'm not sure the exact number, but it's probably close to 50/50 with the Samsung Galaxy phones being extremely popular. I have an LG G4, but I know LG has a pretty low market share.
