John, awesome to hear your wife is enjoying your 991 seemingly as much as you are! My wife just about considers my Cayman a mistress unfortunately lol.
Looking good! Still think the MB is my favorite color nowadays, beating out Sapphire recently for me at least. Looking forward to seeing/hearing your thoughts on the upgrades

Now my 17 1/2 yr old son..hell naw! He's driven everything BUT my Cayman S and now my 991.1. Even drove him to the prom this past month! Let him drive my F82 M3 for a bit but still with those...needs more experience and a bit more driving maturity before I let him play with the big toys...oh and a job to pay for repairs too!
Once mine starts driving, she'll learn in the 6 speed manual, diesel extended cab, long bed pickup. That way, she'll learn to drive a stick and how to be aware of a vehicle's size, including less than stellar acceleration (and judging that in traffic) and average brakes for a 7000# vehicle (and planning stops). But at the same time, she'll learn to drive the Boxster, too.
I want her to be able to take it on dates... no backseat!
