Default Preferences for spoiler position when parked

I blew the last polling attempt a few minutes ago and closed the thread. Here's another crack at a corrected one. So sorry!

Please share your opinions as to your opinion about spoilers being left up when parked. I'm not trying to change anyone's mind, I just thought it would be interesting to see if there is any age bias as is being suggested in Jrod's ongoing thread. Yeah, I realize this wasn't really the question that was asked in that thread, but it what that thread has devolved into.

Edit: Just for the record, the age thing came in posts in Jrod's thread starting in post 109 here: https://rennlist.com/forums/991/9829...l#post14074799

This is an anonymous poll so your username isn't recorded or shown. It will close in 10 days on Sunday April 9th.

I don't mind it up, but it's a little weird since everyone who knows Porsches knows it was intentionally left up which obviously provides no benefit while parked.

So that makes it a bit lame. But sometimes you just need to peacock...

I let the spoiler do what it wants.
My 'I' mode for Track has the spoiler up.

I cannot lower my spoiler - it's always up!

(On my previous 991S w/o Aerokit cup, I also let the spoiler do its thing. I never raised or lowered it manually, unless I was washing the car.)

I get annoyed at the other 911 guys at my train parking lot who leave their spoilers up.

I'm glad I don't have to worry about keeping it up.

Here is the graph of results in percentages as of 3/31 at 6PM CDT. So far it doesn't seem to be any statistically noticeable age bias.

Voting is still underway.

Good taste has no age bias. Why did this dumb age thing ever come up? Somehow the mid 40's old dudes like me are too old school??

Looks like a huge consensus on what others prefer.

You should change the title to better reflect what it's about. Will get more hits I'm sure.

I had tried to change it on the website and couldn't do it. You caught me out and about so I tried it on the mobile app and it works there. Thanks for making me check how to change it again!

Could not make up my mind on my '14 whether to leave it up or retracted, so on my '16 I don't work about the decision.

Lol! I guess I should have started this! It's opinion (taste) and everyone has one. No question that age has an impact on if one prefers a more aggressive looking car. I happen to think the car looks more aggressive with spoiler up which is also opinion. I'm a grown man and respect the older guys opinions even if they are childish about it. No matter what preference it's still a Porsche 911.
