Is the fluid slippery as in soapy? Check your windscreen washer fluid level. My 981 GT4 did this and I siphoned out some fluid and solved the problem. The capacity of the washer reservoir is 6 liters.

It's washer fluid. Any time it's topped up I can smell it after some hard cornering and then see the same as you do. Once the level drops a bit it's fine.

There are drain tubes behind the wheel well liners. AC on passenger side. Probably washer fluid overflow on the driver's side. Probably sunroof drains too (if you're into sunroofs, not that there's anything wrong with sunroofs...)
The overflow has to go somewhere and at speed the air flow in that region is a vortex.
If you want to see ugly look at the rear after a rainy track day.
