Tried real hard to make it work, and it wasn't my DD, but the wing was an obstruction in traffic, the 9K redline was illegal to reach on the street except in 1st, the lift didn't work for unseen small dips where the front lip would hit (10mm lower than SPASM), and truth be told the exhaust sounded pretty dull below 4K. Unless you can drive the car hard on the street it becomes frustrating real quick. Just a former owner's opinion, but I am not rushing to the dealer to trade .2 C2S even w/ an allocation.
I had the same revelation with my GT4. And let's not forget no back seat.

Why do only these cars get the screen grills in front bumper to cover the radiators. Is this because this car will most likely be tracked as opposed to the rest of the 911s? Wish I could graft that GT3 front bumper on my TTS easily.

Front aero. Less so for cooling.

This is what 110% awesome looks like!

I agree with others though. If you are looking for daily driver, stick to the Carrera's!

DriveTribe has a tech talk about the car with Andreas. Check it out here.

Really liking what I see from the car thus far.

Looks incredible... but gotta stay GTS for street. I would love for Porsche to offer that spoiler as an optional upgrade for the S or GTS

It's got all the aero, including the defuser, of a 911R as well as a choice of PDK or Manual.

So tempting.
