Interesting installer recommends the K40 with radar and laser diffuser. he dosen't reconed the rear laser . He says most time a rear shot is throw out of court.

K40 is old technology and not worth it. If you want the best you need to go with ALP.
Why would a rear shot be thrown out? If you are speeding toward the cop or away from the cop, I don't think the courts will care - you are still speeding.
