Pretty tidy all things considered.
I'd call pulling out in the Lexus, "taking out the thrash."

Default My garage is disgraceful

Great thread Bemo.

We moved into a new house about a year ago. Lovely heated 3-car garage with 10' ceilings but it's an embarrassing disaster. My wife is borderline hoarder and won't let me throw anything away. (Every week when I take out the trash I try to sneak something else in. ). I see it doesn't look too bad in pics but I can assure you that there's barely enough room to open any car doors.

I have a touch of OCD, and it's literally painful for me to use my own garage each day. It will be a source of great pain when Spring rolls around and we do the floors and I insist

If so equipped, your front parking sensors must go bonkers when pulling in. I understand fully, my wife is the keeper, I am the one who tosses.

Here's my somewhat tidy, but very plain garage. Trying to convince the wife that with the tall ceilings, a lift makes sense. A good woman she is - gives me the garage and parks her truck outside!

Kind of...
Now your disaster, on the other hand, needs dealing with asap.
We should auction off the junk and you just might raise enough dough for another Porsche!

Any garage with a Porsche 911 parked inside it cannot be considered a bad garage, so I really don't understand this thread. LOL

I'd rather see no drywall at all than unpainted, yellowed out drywall. A personal garage pet peeve of mine!

Paint that bad boy SW Agreeable Gray stat!

Okay, sounds like a plan. I shall expect you sometime in early Spring to lend a helping hand!

This is EXACTLY the approach that I tried taking with my wife but somehow she doesn't see it quite the same. Nothing like some good old public shaming to get me motivated again! I'm going to up my game and triple the amount of **** that I toss each week with the garbage...

Maybe, one day you accidentally 'forgot' to close the garage door and 'someone' came by and stole all the loose items.

Bluehorseshoe, be subtle or wife will inventory trash containers just before the garbage truck arrives (you know how I know).

The question is though, can you throw it out quicker than your wife gets new stuff through the front door though?
