I did this for my 991.1 Cab and love it. It's a little unique to since I'm the only cab in town with it. Have looked at available aftermarket but like the cost and ease if it gets damaged as it does scrape a lot. My OCD would cause trauma knowing the bottom of a carbon fiber lip was all screwed up.

I'm thinking about doing this. It looks cool. Is it an easy install? Does it scrape more easily on inclines and dips?

Install was 4 bolts. Took 4 minutes. Does it scrape a little more - sure. But the SPASM cars that are 10mm lower come with it factory. The scraping is rare and its a cheap enough part that its almost disposable.

So the primer version cost 230 more? That’s double the price of the plastic one. Or does it mean it’s painted for additional 230?

Just primer, you'll have to have your local body shop paint it to match your car. BTW, I have a brand new black one for sale (never installed) if you're interested.
