I'm Keeping with the Orange Side Markers
 

FWIW I know the clear side markers (with amber LED) look better on most of our 991s but I am keeping with the orange ones that came with my car. The reason is that there a lot of newer cars out there with clear side markers and during the day I can hardly tell when they are being used, especially on sunny days. The orange ones to me are more visible during the day and I wish most cars had stuck with orange.

Good for you. If you crack one, you should be able to get 150 cheap sets from the board ;-)

They look better on all of the 911s not just most. Your choice of course. :)

To each their own. I think they look awesome on EBII BMW's. And being a UVA grad, I love the orange and blue. Added orange Brembo calipers to add even MORE orange. Go Hoos!

I'm sticking with the orange also on our Rhodium Silver C2. I think the orange looks good with silver. Had clear on our last two white Porsches.

Your car. We can all celebrate that we like the 991 for the amazing flat 6 NA motor. Some people don't like the PSE - weird huh? but its's cool since they should have what excites them.

I'm likely keeping the ambers as well on my white car. I also have a fairly strong personal preference against the clear tail lights, but respect everyone will do what they want, with their car :)

That was an early picture..... crests pointing in the correct direction now.
