PTS Blues on 997 or 991
All...
I have placed an order on behalf of my wife for a Paint to sample Targa4S. Having not seen many PTS blues live, could those of you who would have a photo of a 997 or 991 with a PTS blue please post? along with the name of the color. I THINK we are after 'Ice Blue Metallic' (M5Q)_but in essence what my wife would describe as a "steely blue" is the color she is after. I had a 993 TT in Horizon blue that would be close I think, but I associate that with an air-cooled car. Anybody have a Fountain Blue or ICE Blue or Horizon Blue 997 - 991 they could share with the board? Thank you.

PM Eduardo. He's a PTS genius and very sharing in his knowledge. No doubt your best resource.
Look at Horizon or Meissen Blue for Steely PTS blues. I had a Venetian Blue Metallic '87 that I loved.
Or, save $6K and order Graphite. Their best blue in a long time, IMHO.

Hi, theres some pics in my profile. Any questions please feel free to PM.
Its a cool blue in the shade but gets really silvery in direct sunlight. Almost 3 years now and I still like it. I get compliments by total strangers every once in awhile while parking to run errands, but whether its because of the car itself or the color im not sure.
If you are interested in a particular shot (morning, noon, eve, sunny, cloudy) let me know and I can oblige when I have time
