I'm thinking about buying a 991.2. I had a 991 with a glass sunroof and it creaked when driving, which drove me a bit crazy.

Does the 991.2 have the same issue? I don't really care about actually opening the sunroof but the light is nice and I do like the look of it from the outside, particularly on a white or carmine red car.

Can't say about the 991.2, but my 991.1 GTS with glass roof doesn't creak or rattle.

The two I test drove were quiet. That was new though, hard to say what they'll be like after a year over rough roads though.

mine has about 1200 miles and i haven't had any issues with rattles.

No problem with mine. 991.2 C4 with about 1,900 miles.

Nothing a little lubricant can't fix.

No problem with mine, 5000km, but as always depending on the temp of the weather and the car you will get squeaky seals lol

Creaking started at 5 months and 4,000 miles so I think it's just poor quality seals. They are quite happy with the Gummi Pflege so I just apply it about once a month.

The glass sunroof on my car does not squeak or rattle at all. Never has.

991.2 C4S with the glass sunroof. No creaks rattles from the sunroof. When open, however, it does allow all sorts of engine sounds into the passenger compartment - but I really don't mind that.

I have 3100 miles on mine and no issues. I don't open it often.
