My guts tell me that there were fewer GTS cars made for the 991 model vs. the 997 version. The primary reason is that Mother Porsche was quick to gear up .2 production which cut the second year of the .1 GTS short. With its 993 looks and low numbers, I suspect this car will be a keeper when spec'd right.

the numbers are from porsche official: they built more gt3 rs as our gts4 gts 4 targa is the best long term investment 991 i think
