They are a little relaxed with their business handling and are sometimes slow to call back, but do good work and are reasonably priced. They don't do the "oh, it's a Porsche/Tesla, let's slap 50% price increase on top" thing that some other installers here in the area do.
Overall very happy, will have them tint my rear window as well to protect the interior a bit more from the sun here in California.

He is not happy unless its perfect. I have not met an installer that treats a vehicle like their very own, until I met Don. His shop is orderly, clean, and a safe place for your car while it's there. His wait list can be long, and prices aren't cheap, for a reason. His work takes time but the results will be worth it. Vehicles are flat bedded to him from far away for his work.

Comments: Original installation, used 4 years ago: Had a rough experience here back when the name was under "NJ Clear Bra . com". The installation had to be done TWICE. On the second time, I accepted "this is as good as it gets". "These marks will go away in time" ect... They never did, and I lived with a hood that looked like garbage for 4 years that masked an excellent paint job. Another vehicle in the family was also done here and it had to be done twice, and came out with the same exact installer induced defects. Stay Away.

Comments: I recently had John Gray at Gulf Coast Auto Shield touch up the wrap on the front clip of my car, remove all paint chips from the firewall back, wrap the car from the firewall back (excluding headlights and glass), and ceramic coat the entire car, including calipers and wheels. In my opinion, his reputation for absolute excellence in both craftsmanship and customer service is warranted and then some. I highly recommend John Gray and will be giving him my business again in the future.

Comments: Great shop and quick turnaround. Does PPF but not paint correction. He covered 75% of my car in 6 hours. Found him when I went to the dealer to look at a car for an out of town Rennlister and got to see the quality of a car he had already done. Kevin is a one man operation so can be hard to get ahold of at times since he is typically working on someone's car. My car was done by this shop at Foreign Cars Italia Garage - Note that the Charlotte FCI uses a different installer that does terrible work.
