Sorry to bump this. What exactly does the dealer have to do w/ regards to the activation?

You get the PSE exhaust, install, install the button and necessary harness, so is the car actually pre-wired? so it's just a matter in connecting the vacuum line, button and software activation?

I installed the PSE and vacuum lines myself. I had the dealer install the button in the console, and reprogram the console so the PSE button would function.

Obviously there are plenty of aftermarket options but after having had several of those on previous cars, PSE is a must option for me. I wouldn't buy a used P-car w/o it.

When I was shopping for my 991 I made PSE a priority, and was a must have. One word of advice, get ready for your windows to be rolled down year round, and a signifcant drop in mpgs

I'm still shopping for my CS or C4S, but I'm looking for PSE and Sport Chrono. I think think those are higher on the list than color or interior.
