Default Kids say the cutest things ...

Too cute not to share. My (almost 5 yo) daughter asked me if she could sit in the Porsche for a minute before going to bed. So i opened the garage and let her sit in the car. She wanted to sit in the front seat (I drop her off at pre-school in the 911 most days). She sat in the seat and said that she wishes she was a cat and could sleep in the seat.

Very cute! My almost 4 yo daughter loves the Porsche too. But she says "I can't drive it now, but maybe when I'm five years old."

the kids love the 911. I have 3 and have set up a tradition to go out with my middle son to Starbucks on Sat and Sun mornings to get the family breakfast. We take the long way and hit some twisties, usually with the top down. We are one in the same and experiencing the GTS together on the weekend mornings will something we have between us forever. My oldest is more like my dad and doesn't like the loud noise. My youngest daughter is more like the middle one and loves the car but it doesn't sing to her as much where she wants to go out solo.

My 4 year old spent 45 minutes with a wheel brush trying to get one wheel's barrel spotless. He kept scrubbing and rinsing. One wheel. It's never looked better.

I was so proud. And a little scared about what hath I wrought.

Great stories. It's fantastic to share a passion with your kids, but I do realize that if a purple Prius drives by the 911 will lose her attention. But hey, nothing can compete with a purple car

I have a lot of cars but when my son was younger he LOVED to ride in my 73 911S. Crummy paint, well worn interior...probably smelled funny, but that was the one car he wanted me to use when dropping him off at school. Great memories, enjoy every second!

When I took my (then) eight year old on his first ride, he exclaimed "it sounds just like a race car!"

Why yes, son....yes it does!

Just a thought, it sure sounds like you need an Ultraviolet GT3RS.

My son helped me jet some old weber carburetors a couple weeks back and he had a blast. The day after I came home from work and found the carbs completely torn apart and strewn out on the workbench. "Look dad, I fixed them!" He was so proud, I couldn't get mad.

We need the backseat! But yes, I agree on the ultra violet being a solution if I could stomach it financially
