Glad I'm picking up a .1 GTS Targa in June. I'm going to drive the dickens out of it and will fully restore the car just in time to hang an antique tag on it in 25 years.

The next 10-12 days will take forever. Then the break-in period and I'll have to make plans for auto crosses and Lime Rock Park through the local Porsche club.
I'm happy for those that will get the turbo variants.
I'm happier for myself that we scored a large displacement NA motor.

[QUOTE=Bemo;13201149]We sent the signed paperwork to FL yesterday and narrowing down the shipping companies.
Just an FYI, I am using Angels Moving Autos. I looked into them as they are forum sponsor and have been very pleased so far. They were by far the most reasonable for an enclosed shipment (3 quotes total). Dina Gifford, their CEO has been super responsive.
Good luck!

Trust me, it's not worth trying to save a few hundred bucks for your prized car arriving flawless. Most of these other companies are just brokers who subcontract your job to the cheapest bidder.
Don't let the wife tell you otherwise
