Owned many vehicles over the years and this will be the first cab. Spotted this GTS (no CL's-yeah!) on STG's Hot Sale thread-Thank you George Fellow RL'r already laid eyes on her at Hennessy in Atlanta and decided to pass. PM'd him regarding condition, etc., and said it looked great and saved me a trip to Atlanta-yeah ! Pretty stacked and CPO to boot. Well here she is: T

Reason: Pic updated
You act fast and don't mess around. Nice acquisition! Looks sweet. I knew you wouldn't have been able to stay away long after selling the 50th.!
Looking forward to the updates once you get it.
Please post update on "hot for sale" too. The guys there love hearing these updates.
Will post up on your "Hot Sale" thread George and yes, once these 991's bite you-watch out ! Having the dealer repair the 2 holes drilled into the FBC and any other little chips WTIT. Now arranging transport to CT for the spring - fall season. Unfortunately won't get to see her until mid-April. T
Congrats! Looks great and buying from a great dealer too! I ordered my 991 C2S and bought a BMW from them. If you're dealing with Scott Hamilton, say hi for me (another Tony).
I was just about to say, "don't you have a 911/50" when i saw STG's post. I missed your sale of that one. Being as that was my dream 991 (missed the window on new ones) I'd be curious why you sold and then replaced with a GTS cab? (Oh, and my GTS was ordered from Hennessy as well.)

Had the 50th for approx. 1.4 years and it was a magnificent car. Enjoy the current gen NA 991 platform and decided to stay with, but this time wanted to try a cab. Rode MC's for 45+ years, had a pretty bad accident a few years back decided it was time. Wife & I still miss the wind in our hair though. Will gladly provide a comparison of the two when we get up to CT in April. T
Good thing I found our C4s last November or I would have been bidding against you on this (if I hadn't already found it first)! My wife loves Agate Gray and this is a beautiful example of a GTS with a great build. Congrats!!! (And thanks for the photos).

Gordon, Thank you for the final nudge that put me in this car. Have never ridden in a 991 cab (still haven't) and relying on your description to be spot on T
Trust me, I've been in sales most of my working life, would I lie to you?
Seriously - after getting in a full day of spirited, top-down driving yesterday while I checked out a proposed October tour route I was reminded of just how special these cars are and how tight and planted a 4s cab can be. The GTS experience can only be better (although I can't imagine how!).
And yes, we do get sunny, top-down days here in the Seattle area, even in mid-February (it was sunny and 55-63 degrees during my 250+ miles of test driving).
yes, had the black plate on the 50th and did look good

I like the first one. If you can drop the pink ribbon. Not a fan of the monetization of breast cancer...
I'm diggin the first one to and might change it up this time around. Ribbon is pretty small but I do have a small paintbrush kicking around here somewhere
