Just look for another car and there should be plenty...If you decided to sell this car in the future, your potential buyers will come to Rennlist and ask the same question and half of us would tell he/she to find another car.

If it's CPO at a killer price then why not?

Just get rid of it before the warranty expires, as long as you won't take a major hit.

Unless I'm missing something...

I bought the 911GTS Cab from out of state dealer who told me this is the Porsche Executive Car and it's considered new because I will be considered first owner.. The windows sticker has a big stamp of PCNA CAR NOT FOR SALE. Am I screwed?

Dealer claims its brand new condition without paint chip, scratches, swirl marks and clear bra is in new condition! The car arrives otherwise! Anyone had experience with out of state dealer who delivered you something below what they had promised? How did you handle it?

Absolutely not unless it was driven by Chris Harris.

Mileage?

Let me guess, West Broward??

Have you closed on the deal??

What is MSRP and asking $$?

They are correct, it probably hasn't been titled yet and you'd be considered the "first" owner although you won't be the cars "first".

Why don't you new buyers come here and ask questions BEFORE buying a car rather than AFTER where you discover issues you could have avoided?

How can we help then??

So sick of these dealer shams lately with selling cars that aren't as promised, even with CPO guildlines. Flat out misrepresentation and fraud.

Car already delivered. I am not too worry about PCNA CAR NOT FOR SALE. I like Porsche and I intend to keep them as long as I can. I am more upset the dealer told me it's Brand New Condition. No Paint Chip, No Scratches and not even under the bumper lip, and its installed with full front clear bra. Unfortunately, there are scratches and paint chip and clear bra is starting to peel off. In the contract, it stated NEW CAR SALES and also extra line no scratches, no swirls and no cosmetic imperfection. I am in CALIFORNIA and they are in NY. What can I do if they don't want to take care of it?

So far, the sales executive responded to me and said his manager will take a look tomorrow.

Can i ask for return? What is the laws for cross state sales from NY to CALIFORNIA?

I got 18% off MSRP. Original $170K. Do you think consider good deal if without all the blemishes?

Take it up with the dealer. I always see my cars in person beforehand or you should have done a Renncheck and PPI.

This is all advice you should have asked for before buying the car. I have nothing to offer.

Good luck. Later
