please do share your new install with us when you get a chance

btw, looks like only one manufacturer making this product, isn't it?
There is another version from Fabspeed: https://www.fabspeed.com/blackmill-p...BoCRfoQAvD_BwE

It has a little more deflection but is held on with 3M tape versus screwing in the other version. I dont imagine the 3M tape would fail though.... I will keep you posted.

Bought some JackPoint JackStands. Many thanks to John at the warehouse for taking time out to chat, and mod the plates for me to use on my BMW too.

Purchased a pair of RennStands by Safe Jack.https://safejacks.com/products/the-r...ck-single-unit. Similar concept as JackPoint but height adjustable. Then I drove over to Harbor Freight and picked up an inexpensive low profile jack.

woah...really like to know the difference between those two brand. The extra curved/deflection design it’s a hit and missed with others. If the function is not overwhelm the look, I will go with look.

A RaceDeck floor. The new car is on the ship, but I'm "nesting" (as my wife says). With a 16 year old, it's been a while since I've nested!

I have a few more things to clear out, but I'm really looking forward to putting my car in here!

Can you please do me a big favor? Can you please measure the height of your work bench?

Default Summer wheel TLC

Cleaned up my wheels for winter storage. Quality time with my son.

Got the winter wheels on and ready to go.

From the floor: 35.75" to the bottom edge, 37.5" to the top. There are adjustment screws; you can probably +/- another .25" from there. I bought these as Gladiator benches as a temporary solution a while back, but they have been really good.

I have a shipment of SwissTrax waiting to get installed. What did you guys use to cut the tiles. I was at Lowe’s the other day and couldn’t make up my mind. (I don’t have much in my garage)

^^^ Great choice going with SwissTrax. They have a cutter you can rent, but using a table saw seems to be the best alternative.

You are in OR, so likely not a problem, but don’t buy a Max 360C for use in VA as RDD’’s will pick it up and radar detectors are illegal in the Commonwealth. I bought one of these but once I found out the LEO’s can ‘see’ it I sent it back.
