Flick the button while top is in motion and it will stop in place.

Correct.

For me, it is a godsend for two reasons. First, being that I am a terrible parent who stuffs his children in the back seat behind their 6'2" father and 5'10" mother, putting the top down prior to getting into the car really makes life easier. Same getting out. Second, I have had several instances where I have decided to lower or raise the roof at a light. Which then turned green. Not an issue, top works up to 50kph but tryngolding the button, steering and shifting to second at the same time. Good thing first is good for like 45 MPH.

I had the dealer do it . I guess they have a tough time with the outer sills because they wind up mangled and garbage . That's probably why MAcarbon only has a core charge for the inner sills.

that makes sense, how many hours of labor did they charge you for the outter sills? I'm thinking of doing cf myself too

Did you have to bring them your whole door card?

No, I removed the blades myself. Have to take the panel off and drill out the plastic welds on the back to remove. Then I used double sided tape to reattach. You have to be really careful drilling out the plastic welds, if you go too deep, you will go through the blade, ask me how I know!

Is their work custom?

I don't have full leather but would like the door blades in addition to everything that is silver on the interior to be swapped to CF. Tried to find a website for them - any thoughts on cost for this project and if they would make blades for the doors to stick on?
