Your install required screws?

significantly better than p zero or ps2 on grip. Definitely noisier at highway speeds - almost an annoying buzz or whir, not whine. I had to listen for it tho bc my exhaust is loud, so may be worse than I hear. Also, they seem to wander in ruts and grooves on the highway materially more than p zero or or ps2. I found them to be more predictable at the limit on the track. They prefer lower pressures. Only the slightest hint of getting a little greasy feeling at end of 20 min sessions. Will be my track only tires and wheels for multiple reasons, but I love them.

I think the screws are just for the 4S kit. I have never seen any mention of screws until I got my kit.

Hopefully the new struts will last. I have had two 991s and both cars had horrible engine cover struts.

how long do these struts last before failing? hard to believe they seem to last forever on american cars but seem to fail so readily on ours - and it not like the struts are holding up a full sized heavy hood!

My guess is the heat from the motor but it could be a design issue also. It took 20 years for the ones in my land cruiser to fail. But both my pacts suffered from this problem.

Sorry I missed u r post. The fabric was from Fabric Bonanza here in LI. I used 2 yds . It's similar to a spandex or Lycra material , not linting but stretchy, it actually hugs fabric top nicely and doesn't move. Doesn't seem to hold lint from cover either. Hope that helps.

'14 C2. Bought oil, ring, filter, and changed oil/filter. Took me about an hour. Easy.

Rennline windshield visor. More useful than i thought. Blocks sunlight that the sun visor would have otherwise done. I used to always drive with the sun visor down, now its no longer needed.

Looks very nice. Did you do Gloss black? Does it pretty much match the black edges of the glass? And did you install yourself?
