Replaced the side stickers with black reflective vinyl, during the day it's black and at night they light up white when lights hit them

Is it difficult to do? I'm somewhat chicken to do this as I'm not very computer literate....LOL

I have zero use for the supposed 'extender' in the armrest for a cell phone. So I popped out that tray and replaced it with one from Suncoast. Fits perfectly. Gives about 3/4" added height in there.

There are two cables that feed the tray, They were easily tucked down in the space below the console. No tools necessary to do the swap. Though a small point pick tool/awl does help left the flap from the console, and to loosen the tabs in the cable connectors.

That and made a cosmetic change to the shifter:
It did require some tools. A plastic panel prying tool to wedge the old shifter gate up from the console (and to pop the lock/hazards button loose from it). Along with some channel lock pliers and a piece of old inner tube to turn the collar on the old shifter **** to remove it. The inner tube worked nicely to stop the jaws of the pliers from marring the material. Installation was simple. Took about 20 minutes, and most of that was figuring out the best way to R&R the pieces without marring them. It DOES NOT require removing any of the side panels or any other parts of the center console.

Also got a nice Porsche 3-way rechargeable LED flashlight, to keep in the glovebox. Part# 9Y0-044-045-A
Seller via ebay has them for a decent price. I made an offer of C$49. Shipping adds to it, but still comes in under most other sources.

Weird box found on my doorstep. Can’t imagine how it ended up here.
