Major update for those taking advantage of our PDK Tuning option! Existing PDK OTS Maps have been up-revved to v202 and feature a large improvement in shift time. A new COBB Sequential Style PDK OTS Map offers four new features - No Creep, Neutral By Paddle, Inverted Shifter Stalk, and Kickdown Elimination.

I just installed the new "sequential" PDK tune - love the reverse shifter sense and the elimination of kickdown in manual mode - a must for anyone tracking a PDK car!!!

@COBB Tuning what is a “normal” (if any) timing correction to see running the OTS 91 or 93 map on a 991.1?
Should we be getting 0 correction all of the time? After 5K I am seeing as much as -3 in my logs doing 3rd gear WOT pulls from 2000 rpm to redline.
I see from the tuning notes that the system is very sensitive and to take action at -6. Is this a hard rule? Are there issues with noise from aftermarket exhaust etc causing the knock sensor to pick up false knock?

An aftermarket exhaust could cause some false knock to get picked up but more typically it is caused by a noisy engine bay (loose bolt, rattling mount, etc.). If you have aftermarket headers, it may be causing some minor changes to AFR which the ECU is responding to!

Do you have any plans to make any adjustments to the PDK shift points in the future? I love my Cobb and the higher shift points, but I also love to drive in sport mode to keep my valves open. But then I'm screaming down the road at 4k rpm at 35 mph because it's just hanging there 🤣
I realize I can just drive around in comfort mode (where the shift points are perfection for my usual drives), but then I can't hear that amazing exhaust sound. I want it all dang it!

I ended up buying my Cobb accessport with off the shelf tunes and a couple custom ones from another Rennlist user. It also comes with the PDK tune.
My question is if the PDK tune is all in one or if it can be a la carte in terms of the features. For example, what if I wanted to keep the kick down feature?

Silly question. Can someone confirm if the latest map has corrected the shifting issues (for the 991.2 3.0L platform) that was reported by other users ? I know that many Pro Tuners have the solution to it but I find it a little unfair to be "forced" to use a Pro Tuner service to resolve something that's causing so many complaints.
