now my cell phone doesn't work right. First I love the PSE, it is AMAZING, AWESOME and all of that!! However, now I have no cell phone in the car. It says it is there, when I get a call it shows up on the screen, but no ring also, I cannot hear anyone, nor can they hear me. Not sure what is going on with that. Also thanks to Porsche of San Antonio, they were great, but I may have to go back.

It's like that by design. No need to take calls now. The PSE has taken over. Enjoy the ride and ditch the phone.

Sounds like a bit needs to be twiddled on the PWIS. Just take it back and describe the problem, I'm sure it will get sorted out.

sounds like someone may have left something disconnected when they installed the "PSE" button in your console!

Try to remove the Bluetooth connection in PCM and then establish a new fresh connection, rebooting the phone while doing this wouldn't hurt either. It's worth a shot and doesn't require you to visit the dealership.

good idea, I would also recommend, as a test, getting a 2nd phone (friend/partner etc) and try connecting that ... esp if its a different type of
phone from yours ...

if that works, its a phone issue, if it doesn't its the cars problem!

Thank you for all your replies. I connected my wife's phone and it worked perfectly. So I disconnected my phone and deleted the phone from the car and the pcm from the phone. I turned the phone off and rebooted it and now it works! Thanks again. This is truly a great forum to be on!
