Hot of the press. Spy shots for the next generation Panamera. Interior looks pretty nice and my guess it will trickle down to the 992?

I know I must be old-school, but I like buttons that are physical and push in. Looks like a lot of that is a touch-sensitive surface.

The dash cover is certainly ill-fitting.

Trickle down from 918

Expect more touch screens everywhere to control more functions. Will be the continuing trend .....

OH MY GOD REAL CUPHOLDERS!!

They finally licensed the "dig a hole in the center console" technology from GM!

A couple years ago my wife had her Grand Cherokee in for something and they gave her a Chrysler 300 loaner. The Panamera shifter above reminds me of the 300's stubby little hooked shifter, turned 90 degrees. It's NOT a good association in my mind.

It kind of looks like the face of my microwave. Meh. I prefer buttons over fingerprints.

They've admitted screwing up the Panamera as is, and they keep making the same mistakes. Very hard category to compete in! They should drop competing in the luxury sedan market.

Isn't that a shrinking segment anyway?? Hard to beat BMW/Benz/Lexus I believe.

It's all about SUV and cross over (cross dresser) this and that .. God forbid they work on another sports car model. Oh yeah, they're working on electric to compete with Tesla. Amazing.

We have more oil than we know what to do with for 100's or 1,000's of years, and we're worried about electric. We will be the demise of our own civilization

We'll be looking at farm fields of food, but scared to eat it with fears of disturbing the Eco system while starving to death ...

Looks OK in the Panny, but would look somewhat out of place in a true sports car. Then again, the true sports car is a vanishing breed.

I wouldn't turn it down in a 918. But that's not DD like a 911 can be, in a DD I want my buttons. Lol.
