Default Question to aftermarket audio guys

I have upgrade my Bose audio in my 991.2 GTS to below a few months ago and it started acting up recently so I wanted to ask some questions if anyone can pin point the issue for me.

991.2 GTS with Bose

Amp:
Nav TV Zen-V + Helix P Six MK II DSP with bluetooth adapter for DSP software

Speakers:
• Front Tweeters: Musicar Dynaudio Esotec MD102 Tweeters
• Front Mid: Dynaudio Esotar 430
• Front Midbass: Dynaudio Esotec MW182

Subwoofers:
JL Audio Micsosub+ 8" (250 watts built-in amp with 8W3V3 woofer)

Issue:
1. I sometimes get "no audio available" message on the top of the PCM screen where volume usually shows up and no sound. In this case I have to lock the car and walk away for a couple of minutes and usually it works.
2. While I can change all other volumes, PCM navigation volume is fixed and can't change while navigation/direction sound is on.
3. Very minor issue, My stock system is Bose but I have Burmester logo and sound options on audio menu (it's disabled so not an actual issue but it's just annoying to see the audio system I don't have)

Anyone had any of this issue with aftermarket system?
Thanks in advance!

it is a common issue with the NAV TV.

Thanks for letting me know. it's crazy to see that this is a common issue. Most of aftermarket audio for 991 cost min 4k and many cases, 6k+, I just don't see myself having this issue on mine when I spent enough $$ for high end system.
Contacted my installer and they're getting the new NAV TV unit. I hope that fixes the issue...

Update:
My shop replaced Nav-TV under warranty and so far I used it for 2.5 weeks and no "no audio source available" error anymore. So it's def Nav-TV issue and replacement works good so far.
So if anyone is having similar issue, I recommend warranty replacement route.

I just saw this and I went through the exact same thing. It is a firmware issue with the NavTV. I doubt they replaced it, they probably just updated the firmware but, regardless of how they went about it, the NavTv is the culprit 100%.

I actually just realized I have the entire NavTV boxed up and ready to sell and need to post it up on the FS section.
