The rear tires on the C4/C4S are 305 vs 295. Cost difference is very little.

I've got a 14 TTS but I believe it's the same AWD programming. Best AWD car I've ever owned or driven in terms of feel and behavior. Not a fan of Quattro in a sports car. Didn't like the BMW AWD systems either.
