Default Mods4Cars on Targa?

Has anyone installed Mods4Cars on a Targa? Curious about your experiences and whether you recommend the mod.

Here's the Seller's website:

Many of us have installed SmarTop on our cabs and consider it a must have mod. Pretty simple to install and providing a lot of convenience. I know it has been installed in Targas as well with the same result.

I consider it a must have for any Targa or Cab but in particular for the Targa. How else are you going to show people the awesome top from outside of the car

And a beauty at that! The video is hypnotic.

My thoughts exactly, Jeff haha

Quick Q: The maker candidly acknowledges that this product could be used by Porsche to void warranty. What's the likelihood and how easy is it to disconnect before any dealer visits? (Asking this purely as a hypothetical in case anyone from Porsche NA is watching )

I'm not disagreeing with the warranty warning and I can imagine this happening if you have problems specific to windows/top/etc. However my dealer actually did the install for me and when I asked they said they have never seen this become an issue before. If there was a question they would just disable the mod, see if the issue was still happening and move forward with the warranty work. Of course I was talking to my sales guy and not a Porsche NA rep.
