Problem Solved


So we only have one dealer out here (just the way it is) but numerous service centres....I went to another service centre where they established that the problem was nothing at all to do with the glass but rather a simple clip that was missing from the door panel.


The rattle was basically the result of the bottom of the door panel being loose and somewhat free to flap ever so slightly.


Ten minutes later with a new clip installed and my car is back to perfection...


Not sure how or why this could have happened but hey....problem gone and I am a happy camper again

That is great news for you !!!! Bad news for me ... when I went to listen to your voice clips it somehow downloaded and is now part of my iTunes library ... how do I get rid of it


EDIT: Good news I was able to delete it !!

Old post I know, but what clip? Photo? Details? Mine is doing the exact same thing (same noise). passenger side sounds good and solid, Driver sounds like the recording. Mine is a 2013 C4S, so out of warranty and something I'll have to chase personally.
