07' wheels on a 911.50
No response in the "Tires and Wheels" forum...
Anyone know if a set of 19" wheels from an 07' CS will fit and can be safely used on my 911.50 (think 991 GTS) for AX and DE's?
TIA

I don't think they'll fit. Your wheels are 9 x 20" - 51 mm offset and 11.5 x 20" - 48 mm offset, and the 997 CS wheels are 8 x 19" - 57 mm offset and 11 x 19" - 67 mm offset.
Taking the front first;
(991)
9 x 20 - ET51 translates to 229 mm total width, 165 mm from the inside of the wheel to the hub, and 63 mm from the hub to the outside.
(997)
8 x 19 - ET57 translates to 203 mm total width, 159 mm from the inside of the wheel to the hub, and 45 mm from the hub to the outside.
This means more clearance on the inside (159 < 165 = ok), but also that the face of the wheels is almost 20 mm (4/5 of an inch) further into the wheel well...
Rears;
(991)
11,5 x 20 - ET48 translates to 292 mm total width, 194 mm from the inside of the wheel to the hub, and 98 mm from the hub to the outside.
(997)
11 x 19 - ET67 translates to 279 mm total width, 206 mm from the inside of the wheel to the hub, and 72 mm from the hub to the outside.
This means less clearance on the inside (206 > 194 = 1/2 inch; probably not ok), but also that the face of the wheels is 26 mm (a fraction over 1 inch) further into the wheel well...
Disclaimer;
1) I am not an expert in the field of wheels, tires, and offsets, so I may or may not give good advise.

BTW; ET means "einpresstiefe" which is offset in German.

The wide body version of the 997 wheel has a rear offset of 51 which is just 3mm different from your GTS wheels. I use them for winter on my 991 C4s and just use 5mm spacers on front. I would not recommend spacers larger than 15mm on rear. That would put you at 52, which is acceptable. Hope this helps.
