PDK Shift Delay Fix
I know there have been a few threads about PDK up shift delays but none of them had a resolution that I could find. If there is one out there please post the link.
Basically my new 2015 GTS has developed a significant up shift delay after the first 1000 miles. It takes the car almost a second after the stick is moved up to settle in the new gear. This happens with PDK in manual mode. Driving up to this point I had experienced very fast shifts when upshifting.
Has anyone experienced this and gotten it corrected through Porsche Service? Does Porsche know this is an issue?

Do you notice the delay in all driving modes?

Nope. My cars shift a little slower when it's cold and I'm driving slowly, but nothing like 1 second and it goes away as soon as I start really driving the car.

I have a 2014 C4S
My PDK starting a slight hesitation and then later got clunky. Eventually, got a fault that no Reverse, and auto stop/start and the transmission stuck in 3rd gear. The eventually changed out transmission controller and so far so good.

you might want to search the forum, a number of people have previously complained of a 'hesitation' which may be what you are experiencing...

looks like it is something that has happened in several cars. Some hesitation problems advance to needing complete transmission replacements. I drove it this afternoon and checked each driving mode, regular, sport and SP. the problem went away after warming up the car in sport +. It was noticeable but less in Sport and still very noticeable in regular. I sensed a bit of transmission slippage in 2nd up to 3rd. If I hadn't felt the slippage I wouldn't be concerned but given the combination of hesitation and slippage I'm taking it in.
