Thanks so much to both of you for the kind words. Just passing on what I received from others.

That is the term Porsche used to describe the protective film that they applied to the car. Just a bit fancier I guess.

Thanks so much. But I think almost everyone on here is a real gentleman...or gentlewoman, as the case may be!

God bless,

Congratulations TwinTurbo! Your car looks great. I just ordered an agate 991.2 last week. Yes, one can still do a build (and I didn’t really like the exterior design of the 992 from the back or interior). Question: Are those tinted taillights? I like how they look, though also like nontinted look on my build. Still might have time to change my configuration before those fantastic engineers start building in March.

I went with Porsche painted in high gloss black in rear and black sport pipes, high gloss black carrera s wheels, sunroof in glass (so has the black top). Inside black/bordeaux.

Its been a great experience on this forum, reading up on everyones builds and getting to know so much about these cars. Thank you!

rxa, your car looks great. Hopefully, you've been enjoying it. I'm new to the forum, just put in an order for a 991.2 in agate grey with very similar exterior and interior specs as yours (minus the sport lip and "911" lettering).

A couple quick questions if you don't mind responding:

1. Is that the black PDLS LEDs? (I also ordered those.)
2. Are your taillights regular or tinted. (I ordered regular, but have time to change them. I think I like the regular more, but both are nice). Thanks!

Hi agate grey 991.2 owners, Would a few folks with regular taillights and tinted taillights mind posting a photo so that I can see what the rear looks like with both options? I ordered mine last week with Porsche lettering in black (deleting model designation) and added sport tail pipes in black (not PSE). Thanks!

You only think that because you’re a gentleman.
