I am seriously thinking of getting it wrapped Irish Green very shortly after I receive it. It depends a bit on whether I keep my current car or trade it in. (I missed the deadline for the custom paint option). Nonetheless, I am very happy with GT Silver and may just enjoy that car in that splendid color... I love how the silver and black trim complement each other in this car - it's really well done.
I think the leather interior makes a big difference in this car. Just sort of completes the cabin.

I gotta say that it's a little anticlimactic once your ship arrives. Especially when it arrives on a Thursday night and you know there's no way you're getting a call over the weekend. Now I just need to figure out if I'm going to do ceramic over my PPF.

So true. Completely agree. Gonna be kinda dull between now and when I can pick up the car.

@gdarrah99 OK now, the weekend is essentially over ... let's hope that a couple of trucks head out of Benicia tomorrow with the important deliveries to be made in Portland and Bend ... that is, if they haven't already hit the road

I like to know everything sooner rather than later.
If, for example, they screwed up & left off one of your must have options or got the color wrong, etc.
Gives you time to calm down & decide what you are prepared to do rather than getting surprised when you go to pick it up & hear what the dealer is prepared to do to make it right.
Suppose you ordered a silver car & got white. You may decide to look into cost to have the vehicle wrapped & decide to tell the dealer you will accept the car if they pay for the wrap & throw in a free extra service as compensation....for example.
If you did not know in advance of delivery, you'd be thinking: "OMG! WTF?!"

Rhea Leader (as of 4 hours ago) is between Haiti/Dominican Republic & Venezuela!
On the way to Panama Canal.
Cristobal Port website is showing the RL on page 3 of the arrival ETA list but, locked bc over 24 hours. (I'm not registering/paying)
My guess is RL will arrive, as scheduled, 12-12-2018. Which means arrival San Diego also on schedule 12-19-2018.
I was hoping it got ahead of schedule, as some ships do.
Would be nice to have delivery b4 the X-Mas holiday.
I still have not made my final decision as to which shop will do the PPF & Window tint. Have 3 candidates.

Exciting times for both of you, TwinTurbo420 and Chris-97C2. TwinTurbo, hoping the RL's speedy schedule overcomes for you, at least to some extent, what I seem to recall as your (well justified) disappointment with not making Goodwood.
God bless,

My SBA kindly informed me this morning that my car cleared PDI and is just awaiting being loaded on the transport from Benicia up to Portland. He asked for my availability on Thursday and Friday.

What was your original ETA, mine has been at the port since 11/30 with a 1/9/19 expected date in Davisville, I don't need to have it sit longer than needed.
