My SA did warn me that Porsche is conservative with delivery dates. From his experience, they are usually 2+ weeks ahead. Mine came 3 weeks early. Good thing I had my finances in order. Off to get PPF, window tint, and ceramic coating next week.

Confirmed via e-mail today, PEC Atlanta delivery, three dates in January, 22, 23, 24, available.

Sent in my choices in order of preference. Will try to stay at the Solis Hotel at least for the nights before and after the delivery and then drive home. The mountains will have to wait till Spring.

The car is on a ship somewhere as they stated the notification would be made at that time.

The original e-mail stated congratulations on the delivery of my "GT2 RS" which stopped me cold, I had ordered a C4S. It turned out they neglected to change the model on the template memo. I almost had one!

My GTS was built on 11/23 (2 weeks late) and then took the train trip to the port. My SA told me he would send the ship name when it is underway. Excited! I hope to have it by the EOY.
I just took delivery of our pearl white Tesla M3D today for the wife. Bought a bunch of accessories for it and I am using the PPF appt I had set up for my GTS on the Tesla. Cool car.

Rhea Leader has not really been making progress since it left dock @ Southhampton. Just been hanging out in the English channel. Sometimes ½ knot & pointing all different directions. Some type of holding pattern? Going in circles?

Yikes! Maybe it is waiting to get into a port near there? Sometimes you can find an updated estimate of US arrival date and time. I have not gotten a recent fix on Goodwood, hopefully because it is out of range and I'm too cheap to pay for satellite positioning, but have found an updated arrival date and time at DVV--it supposedly will be a few hours late.

RL just departed the port a few days ago. Now it is underway again, pointed in the correct direction. But, it was hanging around a couple days, w/o progress AFTER it left that UK port.
I was hoping it would arrive San Diego sooner than scheduled, 12-19-2018.

I’m somewhat concerned as to what happens if President Trump imposes a 25% tariff on German cars next week.

I do not have an updated shipping schedule. Last update was 11-16-2018.
Almost 2 weeks ago. Anyone here know how often this is updated?

Is there a better web page to get updated shipping schedules?

HB did not depart till 11-26-2018. That is quite a time difference.

Arrival 12-15 instead of 12-6!

Still you only need to wait 9 more days.
