I am set on all options - except for 19 inch wheels - and aluminum trim. thoughts?? I am not sure if 20's will worsen ride and road noise. I kind of like the trim on the windows, but again, not sure. Input appreciated!
Why don't add PSE? . Pity there is no option to do the quad pipes as in the S with no PSE.
IMO the twin centre pipes still look better than the oval ones.

Wow, that's a nice looking Targa! I haven't ordered yet, but I was considering a C4S cab in GT Silver with red/black interior and red top. However, after seeing the brown interior, I'm rethinking. The beige gauges look great. Keep 'em.

Very handsome looking car. I like the beige gauges. One of the best looking Targas I've seen. Can't wait to see what it looks like for real when you take delivery. Congrats.

I'm doing that combination with a C4S coupe, ended up picking the new wheels and matching Bordeaux gauges.

So being new to this whole process. Once the order freezes, or it goes into production, how do you track the status? How are people tracking the delivery?

Thanks,
Vivek

Your dealer can send you a screen shot (iPhone) from their computer that shows where the car is in various stages of production up to delivery to the shipping port. You can then go onto a VW site (google it -and search the threads here) to narrow down which Rolo (roll on roll off vessel) is due to leave and going to your port.

There is now, you can add quad pipes to the base 991.2 in either black or silver for $950. Check the configurator.

Hello everyone, have been stayed in this board for a while. (pretty great knowledge)

I'm from Thailand and just ordered the base 991.2 which loaded options.

Sadly, the cost of this base is around 368,000 USD ( 12,500,000 in Thai Baht) I know with this price you could get something like loaded turbo S (Maybe)

Anyway, my car will arrived in March (as the dealer told me) super exciting
