GTS PTS - CZW, extended dashboard leather - reflections?
Put an order and deposit down yesterday for a GTS with PTS. An October build, which would have been 3 months earlier but for the PTS - so a build which will be a month after the 991.2 announcement and possibly just a month before 991.2 production commences. I’m sure I’ve done the right thing getting NA for my first 911.
My spec includes CZW Extended Interior Package Dashboard Trim in Leather with rhodium stitching but I couldn’t find a car in person that had this in any colour let alone rhodium thread.
Please, to those with this feature, do any of the stitched areas create irritating reflections in the windscreen?

I too have a PTS GTS on order. It is a June build but with 12 weeks added for PTS so arrive in September.. I have driven quite a few GTSs in the last few months with both red and rhodium stitching and have not noticed anything. The black dash is the best for cutting out glare or reflection.

Thanks OMG.
So you’re in for a long wait too. It’s only been 1 day for me but 1’m not sure how I’m going t cope during the next 5 months. First-world problem!

I have CZW with contrasting/deviating stitching. There's no reflection issues.

I have a c2s at the moment so the wait wont be too bad...
What colour PTS have you gone for? I am waiting for Mexico Blue PTS GTS with rhodium interior package. PASM sport, PDCC, PDK.

Thanks guys, that is what I wanted to hear.
Niiiice. I'm waiting for Grigio Campovolo - a sort of undercoat light-grey, with the rhodium-stitched alcantara GTS pack. I've gone for a few of the leather extras too. May have too much deviating stitching.

Houndstooth, thank you. In your opinion, would you say that it's better to have the stitching and the occasional glare than to have no stitching and no glare?

The glare from vents are a lot more than the stitching, absolutely better to have the CZW.

OK, CZW has made it to the final.
But now look what you have done Mr Z356, showing me your CTK; flaunting its beauty when I didn't ask for it. Teasing me. I know that you know that was has been seen can never be unseen, and that I shall not sleep easy until CTK is in my basket. And of course, XTG is the perfect partner for CTK - a Laurel & Hardy partnership - stronger together.
So now I have CZW and most likely CTK & XTG too. None of which makes the car handle any better. When will it all end - I need to be able to feed my kids.
