Well, according to this weblink, Porsche says there are fewer than 100 in the US. However, asides from the graphics and bucket seats, there is nothing special that could be ordered out of the parts bin

I tell ya nobody wants that car because it doesn’t have the carbon buckets and hence has back seats. I have a very young family and if I were in the market that car would be on my VERY shortlist particularly with that big discount. Thanks for posting

Really good deal considering they have a used 911T they are asking 102 for without buckets. Possibly cause of RY?

It's not within the range of the 235 built in June 2016. Maybe some were built to order later with that CJS option code, but the MSRP does not compute. With PDK, and the ERE's 14 ways, the sticker on every ERE in the entire group of 235 was US $152,365.
Without PDK, It can't get to that US$169.9k MSRP. Even with 18 way seats, it would "only" be about US $150k. It is fishy, to say the least.

I agree, that car is worth the money as long as the buyer likes Yellow.

Nice options for a T, CPO and new title, and it looks great in Racing Yellow, and with those seats!
Factory warranty till 2/21 2025!
Looks, sounds and feels like a winner to me!

Is it "new"? The ad states "PORSCHE EXECUTIVE DEMO, PORSCHE CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED VEHICLE." I would expect a good discount on a demo car.

Yes it is a new title. The buyer can expect at least 5 years factory warranty, new car loan rate, and new car insurance rates from some insurance companies that also offer Repair Or Replace riders available only to new cars.

Car may have "new" title but it's got 9k miles on it. It's not new. It may title as new, and as you said may qualify for new car loan rate, have full warranty, etc. But as an actual product, it's not "new".

I had a dealer try to convince me of this a couple of weeks ago. They were asking full MSRP even though the car was a demo and had 2,200 miles on it! I'm like, are you serious? He goes, 'it's new".

Give me a break.
