For example, how long have you owned it? Previous ownership history? Detail of the condition (any rock chips, scratches, anything of note)? PFF and Ceramic coating are 2 different things, and how much of the car is coated in PFF? Records, current maintenance, tire depth, and how it was driven (for example, 20-mile commute each way, weekends, HPDE?)
Better pics of any issue areas go a long way in giving a potential buyer the confidence to reach out.
People here are picky (they are looking for a 9/10 or better), and will want to purchase with confidence in both in the car's condition and in the prior owner's thoroughness. It is a nice build (really missing only 18-ways and perhaps a manual to be the total enthusiast package).

I would spent a bit more time on the ad, and delete the last paragraph. Did you copy and paste it? It sounds terrible, like something you would see in a CL scam ad.

Better get in now guys before he drives it this spring! Over 6,000 hits and not one "reasonable" offer!
Jeez, I think this car has been for sale over 18 months?
(Sorry, I know not a 991.1. But the LOL's are just too good).

Oh no! Act now and buy his car (with absolutely nothing special other than tacky decals), or "OPERTUNITY (sic) WILL BE GONE FOREVER"...
I was having a similar discussion with one of my Porsche buddies who is a collector as well... Stickers or option permutations on an otherwise mass produced vehicle don't make it valuable.

.... re: Sapphire Blue Metallic,.... totally agree,.... but also love my Aqua Blue Metallic (hehe, I'm now bias')... but mine is also in a 997.2
=Steve
Speaking of Limited Edition cars, I see old Gary still hasn't dropped the price of his "ONLY MANUAL IN USA" car yet.

He must have accidentally added a "3" at the beginning of that price....

Has anyone talked to him about it and asked WTF?
I almost feel like he’s asking to be trolled. He’s just gone too far. Someone needs to take a day to invest a lot of fake interest and have the audacity to actually drive that poor car.
Imagine how happily surprised he’ll be when he learns that not driving his car yielded him just a 45% instead of 50% loss off of original purchase price in a couple to few years.

I want to say STG did at one point in time. I thought SOMEONE had.
I looked through my screen caps and discovered that he has had it listed since at least March of 2017. He's been sitting on this car TWO YEARS. Wonder how much he's spent in ads on Cars.com?

Its free to list there. He wouldn't want to eat into his investment returns.
