Merry Christmas to you too STG and the followers here. Always excited to see another one of your "finds" and all the pictures and then the comments that follow. Not too much out there right now - trouble is I keep switching what I'm looking for. First-world problems!!! I guess I will know when I see it

My 991 options:
1) C4S Cab
2) 4 GTS Cab (got excited when I saw these coming up for sale)
3) Turbo S Coupe (bragging rights 0-60MPH 2.6 sec and rear-wheel steering)

Big price difference between option 1 and 3! Option 1 gets in into my first Porsche fast. Option 3 gets me everywhere REALLY FAST

Enjoy the time off everyone
Paul

Gotta make the Coupe v. Cab decision first. Then decide how important driving dynamics are to you. If this is just a cruiser, AWD is fine. But if you are going to be doing some serious twisties, rwd is more fun and more of a true 911 experience IMO.

+1000 for this thread. Thank you STG!

This PTS, Fashion Grey 2014 really caught my attention, asking for $88,982 with 29,636 miles. Love the color combo and options but the mileage is high for a barely 2 year old P-car. Kudos to the previous owner, he actually drives the car.

So what do you guys think about the price?

Thanks in advance!

I am looking at a 2014 991.1 S with about 7k miles. Interior is beige as is the dash.

Question, will there be a lot of glare in the window with a light interior? Test drove it the other day and seems to be some glare but was curious to hear from someone that has a light interior dash.

Thanks for any help

Beige dashes are notorious for glare issues. Well documented and complained about by 991 owners for years.

I even avoid posting them. I dislike
beige too though ...

Anytime. Unless you invest in polarized sunglasses to wear at all times?

Based on what I saw and what you said I am passing. My first choice is silver and will wait for the right car.

Whe I purchased my Macan I stayed away from light interior for that reason.

I'll keep looking and checking in here, great site

Light dash or not, polarized sunglasses are excellent when driving during the day. Try them if you haven't, they just make all dash reflections disappear. Worthwhile safety upgrade in my opinion, and a minuscule cost compared to most "mods". Less than $100 if you are adding it to prescription sunglasses if I recall. (but has to be done when they make them of course)
