As a side note, might be coincidence, but I've seen the Porsche market loosen up a bit just in the past week...
I've found several really nicely optioned / nicely priced cars after just about giving up... Not all 991's, but just a comment on the general Porsche market:
An awesome Cayman GTS - flawless, low miles, nearly perfectly optioned (but it has PDK which is a deal breaker for me) full cpo at a fantastic price! $72K.
A loaded manual shift 997.1 Turbo (with PCCBs!)... Another car that has had silly pricing in the past couple of months... $61K.
A super clean low mileage 997.2 S DFI manual car, also priced right $53K.
That great red S/Cab/PDK at $69K above that someone should JUMP on if he hasn't taken a deposit yet!
Let's hope we see some more HOT cars at GREAT prices pop up in the coming weeks...

You are correct. Heated/Vented included once the leather is added, and Premium Package Plus added. But, I just noticed that it's not "Plus". Hence you only get heated. There's only one button in the photo.
