Not hot at all...

"Extremely low miles" at 22k for a 2 year old car... only 2k miles off a Corolla. Plus it was a former rental.

59k would make it "hot", low MSRP too.

Go trade a car in, and a dealer could care less how many paint corrections, opti coats, PPF coverage, lack of rain, or how many early oil changes you've done. Same goes for having a framed certificate of authenticity and laminated window sticker. Although those things are fine, they hold no real world value to them other than a well taken car that is great for the next owner.
My experiences have been mixed. As long as the owner is realistic with pricing, realizing they aren't going to get dealer retail for a mass-produced, easily available car, I would rather buy private party. I can get to know the car and the previous owner.

Often though, the cars posted here are very unrealistic with regards to pricing. Dealer retail and above. The cars that are priced to sell do in fact sell.

I think selling a car is worse than buying one private party! It can be a real headache: the time to show it, buyer may not have financing, issues come up with paying off a loan. I typically consign cars for that reason; pay someone else $3k for the headache, and that person being a dealer, often will get $3k more than I could have gotten! Plus, the consignment guy I use loves my cars; they are always super clean with a great history, and hard to find enthusiast builds.

I like this one a lot better with less than 60% of the mileage, 12.6k miles, for under $58k - asking asking price! The one you mention has a sunroof, but no ventilated seats. My C2S has both, but if I could only have one, id choose ventilated seats. I'm going to guess the OEM warranty runs until March-April 2018, but of course you have to do your due diligence in all respects...

$59K for a 2015 911 base? Wow, talk about depreciation. The list on it was about $99K. Figure it was $95K out the door. Not many '15s in the price range, but it is a PDK, so they are a dime a dozen in that sense.

Yeah, proof is in the pudding 58k for a 2014 911 base. Less miles and just as high of a MSRP.

There could be something wrong with it, but that's always a consideration.

I'd call the '14 HFS.

This car doesn't come up in the thread anywhere by VIN... stellar price, high miles but perhaps a consideration? No SC, but has PDCC (that's weird, right?)

This isn't bad. c2s, black on full black leather, pdk + pdcc, some lighting options and 18-way seats.

However, it has the pdk without SC, it has no premium stereo (not even Bose). Would be a great highway cruiser. No warranty.

I don't think you could get it cheaper elsewhere. However, it will be slow to sell later (no bose), and without warranty you would have to add at least a PPI. It is also right before the 50,000 miles service. Which if you don't do it will cut back on your resale later.

As far as the rest of these listings today ......

Attachment 1158378

Enough with the crooked badges, overpriced base models, and lack of SC. Give me some winners!

The HFS doctorate degree doesn't come easy. We're tough graders here. Not easy to get ...

We give a little tough love here, but makes for better buys. The followers here win in the end.

I thought about it for a minute but no PSE and them not going lower than 63k plus the grey interior has me out. I called the main number last night, got a voice message from one of the sales guys and he listed his cell phone. Texted him 5 minutes later and he actually responded at almost midnight east coast time.

The millennium package is a paint protect thing for $189. No warranty of any sort (the listing mentions it, so I had to clarify).

No idea what the sales guys name is but his number is 770-932-2380.

My bottom offer was 62k shipped to Southern California so around 60.5k plus shipping.

It looks to be a great car, would be a great fit for the right person. Honestly, if it wasn't for the grey interior I'd likely be sending a down payment.
