And most of them with Porsche of West Broward.

I am getting confused. Is there any connection between Sonnen Porsche in California and those jokers from West Broward, who have a location in Hollywood?

I thought I have seen the same car pop up at the same time for those two dealer (network)s.

West Broward is a Penske dealer. Part of that huge company with 1,000's of dealerships worldwide. Not a Penske dealer fan here. More like the Walmart of the car business.

Sonnen has no affiliation with Penske. They are privately owned and a great dealer. Brett Payne at Sonnen comes very highly recommended. They are also the 991 board SPONSOR.

Porsche dealer would probably list this for $80-85k with CPO?
Something happened to that front bumper (not that it's necessarily a deal killer)...

Has last receipt for oil change 1 year ago at 3152 miles. It shows that he checked a TPMS warning light (tire pressure?) and was given a cursory inspection (brakes, belts, hoses, leaks, underbody for damage, checked TPMS, battery, wipers, driveshaft, axles) that came up clean. (It only had 3k miles.) Now it has 400 more miles. Oil was changed again 4 months ago. He's a bit of a car collector and has several low mile cars on hand.

Also considering the 7-speed manual, which is what I originally wanted until I was overwhelmed by pro-PDK opinions.
This is practically a NEW car. $40K off MSRP. If all checked out, I'd be a fan of it. Don't worry, low mileage cars don't have an expiration date. No "use by" date. No downside to low miles.

Please keep us posted.

I do not want a garage queen but it must be clean. I'm even open to something other than a 991 as no door is closed at this point.

Would love to know your thoughts on this purchase:
Here's where i stand on this purchase right now. There are 2014 models that are not as clean with 20,000 miles give or take going for around $80k - 82k. The one I am considering is about same price but 1 year older but less miles. None CPO though.

Drive both then. Get what you want - not what others opinions dictate you should want. No warranty on a low mileage car that has been sitting a lot might give me pause but that is subjective.

Not a fan of Porsche West Broward. Lots of overpriced inventory with little incentive to move.

I passed on their 129k GTS with msrp of around 145 and picked up GTS the following week with a 161k msrp for 111k with 13k mikes.

Nice gentlemen I spoke to at west broward but literally no movement from their asking price.

Amazingly "Plenum" just picked up a nice white GTS from W Broward that was competitively priced around $112K with a generous MSRP. I was pretty shocked. I think their prices are going up daily

Nothing wrong with someone asking for an opinion for their consideration. That's what we do here. An opinion isn't an order to execute. Only one person can write the check.

BTW: we have a 99.1% opinion accuracy rate here when going through the critical HFS filters.

I was following their Lava Orange GTS pretty closely. It was listed at $119,900 and was thinking that if I could get them down to $110,000 it would be a decent buy. Then I found out it was a car that was solely driven at the PEC in ATL. That's almost 8000 miles of hard driving and not worth the potential long-term headaches in my opinion.

More recently, this same car is now listed at $124,900... It's been sitting on the lot since late last year and their strategy is to increase the price?

^^ They have many of those track cars. Beware. By the way, Plenum's was not one of them.

Good to know. The car I was looking at was the LO GTS with ducktail. The sales rep made it sound like the car was driven by an exec in ATL and not a track car. Interesting.... I was told the car was basically brand new with only exec miles/for shows etc.

We debated the number recently and something like 8 in 9 cars sold is PDK these days. So it follows that most opinions that you hear will be PDK biased.

Go with your heart on this one. Most of a 911 purchase is emotional anyway.....

Geez. Didn't see his last comment. Funny, here on HFS, manuals are talked about very highly. No manual hate here

Emotional purchase rationale = 99.91%
